GROUP CLASSES

Blueprint (Introductory)

Blueprint is the entry point into reformer Pilates. Designed for beginners, those returning after time away, or anyone looking to work on their foundation – this class introduces you to the machine, key Pilates principles, and essential movement patterns.

Expect a supportive pace with hands-on guidance and time to explore alignment, breath, and control. You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body and ready to step confidently into our Level 1 offerings like Mainstay.

Perfect for: First-timers or anyone seeking a refresher
Style: Educational, form-focused, and slow-paced

Mainstay (Level 1)

Mainstay is our foundational reformer class for those who’ve completed Blueprint or are returning to Pilates with some experience. In this Level 1 format, you’ll build strength, improve postural awareness, and reinforce Pilates fundamentals through a full-body, thoughtfully paced flow.

Expect a balanced blend of instruction, movement variety, and controlled transitions. Progressions and modifications will be provided to allow clients to personalize their practice.

Perfect for: Clients of all skill levels
Style: Steady pace with strong instructional support

Cornerstone (Level 2)

Cornerstone is our signature Level 2 experience – crafted for clients with a solid reformer foundation who are ready to move with intention, rhythm, and autonomy. This class introduces intermediate repertoire, more complex sequences, and coordination-based challenges.

Former reformer experience and a strong understanding of Pilates are required. You’ll need to be confident in intermediate exercises and ready for dynamic transitions and a more continuous flow.

Perfect for: Confident movers seeking next-level flow
Style: Faster-paced and progressively challenging

Brick House (Level 3)

Brick House is our most advanced class format built for experienced clients ready to move with power, precision, and control. Expect complex choreography, dynamic transitions, and advanced variations that require total confidence on the reformer.

Extensive reformer experience, particularly in higher-level formats, and a deep understanding of Pilates technique and alignment are required. Clients should be proficient with challenging movements, spring settings, and flow.

Due to the intensity, pace, and minimal opportunities for modification, Brick House is not suitable for those who are pregnant, recovering from injury, or new to the reformer.

Perfect for: Seasoned Pilates practitioners seeking to elevate their practice
Style: Athletic, continuous, and challenging

Jump House (Specialty Class)

Jump House is an energetic 50-minute reformer class using a padded footplate called a jumpboard to elevate your heart rate for a cardio-focused sweat session.

This class is designed for clients who already have a strong grasp of Pilates principles and are confident moving on the reformer. Expect powerful intervals, tight transitions, and a whole lot of bounce.

Former reformer experience and a deep understanding of Pilates are required before attending Jump House.

Perfect for: Cardio lovers and experienced clients wanting an extra challenge
Style: Fast-paced, full-body cardio with control

Haven (Stretch)

Haven is our 30-minute reformer stretch class designed to ease muscle tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery. This mobility-focused format is an ideal stackable option – perfect to take after another class or on its own as a full-body, stretch forward reset. You’ll move through breath-led transitions, long holds, and gentle sequences that lengthen tight muscles, open the body, and promote deep release.

Perfect for: Clients of all skill levels
Style: Slower pace with a focus on full-body stretch, breath, and mobility
