The strength and stability she gained physically and mentally through committing to Pilates as a practice has been unlike any other form of movement experienced. She received training through Balanced Body, combining classical Pilates movements & principles with the creativity of contemporary variations to keep things fresh, exciting and always evolving to expose the capacity of movement. Though there is nothing like the classical Pilates repertoire, Callie finds herself returning to the basics more often than not! Teaching Style: Expect precision, purpose, and a push past your limits. She focuses on full-body strength, integrating classical technique with contemporary flow. Her vibe is technical and empowering — it's all about using the mind-body connection to build control, power, and confidence from the inside out.

Cleo is always growing in her own Pilates practice, constantly exploring the method on a deeper level so she can show up curious, inspired, and ready to share something new. When she's not at the studio, she is with her husband and their two boys - either on the go cheering them on or enjoying some quiet moments together.
