We recommend that you wear comfortable athletic apparel and bring a water bottle. Grippy socks are required for every class for safety reasons. We have grippy socks available for purchase at the studio if needed.
For those new to reformer Pilates, we highly recommend you start with our Blueprint class.
With your doctor’s approval and the right modifications, Reformer Pilates can be an excellent workout during pregnancy and postpartum. Instructors will help adjust movements based on your stage and needs. We’re also proud to offer Nest, our Pre & Postnatal class format designed specifically to support you in your journey.
Exception: While most of our class formats can be safely modified for pregnancy, Brick House (Level 3) is not suitable for pregnant clients due to its intensity, pace, and minimal opportunities for modification.
We ask that you arrive between 5 and 10 minutes ahead of your class time and no earlier, as the instructors clean the studios between each class.
We understand that life happens, and we do our best to accommodate late arrivals when it’s safe and appropriate to do so. We offer up to a 10-minute grace period for class entry; however, late admission is ultimately at the instructor’s discretion. This depends on whether the warm-up has already been completed and whether it is safe and supportive for you to join the session in progress.
For safety and class integrity, we are unable to accommodate late arrivals for our Blueprint (Intro) classes, due to the essential introduction of the reformer that occurs at the beginning of class and our Brick House (Level 3) classes, due to the advanced and continuous nature of the work, where joining late may compromise safety and flow.
If you can’t make it to class, please cancel in your account at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and helps you avoid late fees.
Late cancels (within 12 hours):
– Class pack holders will have one class deducted.
– Unlimited members will be charged 50% of the drop-in rate ($15) if the cancellation is made up to 1 hour prior to class.
No shows: A 100% drop-in rate charge ($30) applies.
We have these policies in place due to our small class sizes and high demand, ensuring everyone has the chance to join us.

To maintain a focused, safe, and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that clients refrain from using phones or personal devices during class. This includes texting, phone calls, scrolling, photography/filming, or using wearable technology such as Apple Watches or smart glasses for communication or recording purposes.
You’re welcome to take photos or videos before or after class, but once class begins, we ask that devices be silenced and put away so everyone can enjoy a distraction-free and fully present experience.

All membership, class/class pack, and merchandise sales are final.
Unlimited memberships can be paused in one-month increments for up to three months
total. Partial-month pauses are not available.
