We recommend that you wear comfortable athletic apparel and bring a water bottle. Grippy socks are required for every class for safety reasons. We have grippy socks available for purchase at the studio if needed.
For those new to reformer Pilates, we highly recommend you start with our Blueprint class.
With your doctor’s approval and the right modifications, Reformer Pilates can be an excellent workout during pregnancy and postpartum. Instructors will help adjust movements based on your stage and needs. We’re also proud to offer Nest, our Pre & Postnatal class format designed specifically to support you in your journey.
Exception: While most of our class formats can be safely modified for pregnancy, Brick House (Level 3) is not suitable for pregnant clients due to its intensity, pace, and minimal opportunities for modification.
We ask that you arrive between 5 and 10 minutes ahead of your class time and no earlier, as the instructors clean the studios between each class.
We understand that life happens, so we have a 10-minute grace period for those running behind for class.
If you can’t make it to class, please cancel in your account at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and helps you avoid late fees.
Late cancels (within 12 hours):
– Class pack holders will have one class deducted.
– Unlimited members will be charged 50% of the drop-in rate ($15) if the cancellation is made up to 1 hour prior to class.
No shows: A 100% drop-in rate charge ($30) applies.
We have these policies in place due to our small class sizes and high demand, ensuring everyone has the chance to join us.

To maintain a focused, safe, and respectful environment for everyone, we kindly ask that clients refrain from using cell phones during class. This includes texting, phone calls, and photography/filming. You’re welcome to take photos or videos before or after class, but for your safety and the privacy of others, we ask that all phones remain silenced and put away once class begins. We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a distraction-free and supportive studio space.
All membership, class/class pack, and merchandise sales are final.
Unlimited memberships can be paused in one-month increments for up to three months
total. Partial-month pauses are not available.
